MOVES2014a is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator. It is used to create emission factors or emission inventories for both on-road motor vehicles and nonroad equipment. The purpose of the program is to provide an accurate estimate of emissions from cars, trucks and non-highway mobile sources under a wide range of user-defined conditions.
